Yonex Exbolt 65 0.65mm Badminton Set is a forged fiber string which allows up to 24% more durability. The characteristics of Exbolt 65 are quick repulsion, control and durability.
Forged Fiber is a high intermolecular bonding force which increases strength by removing any impurities during manufacture and then stretches it many times over the original material.
To increase the control for Exbolt 65 a new coating, Elasticity Outer, has been added for increased shuttle hold and enhanced flexibility, by the application of Nanoalloy technology to the nylon.
Exbolt 65 is a resilient string with a comfortable feel.

Yonex Exbolt 68 0.68mm Badminton is the latest addition to the Exbolt series. This is a forged fiber string which allows up to 24% more durability. The characteristics of Exbolt 68 are quick repulsion, control and durability.
Forged Fiber is a high intermolecular bonding force which increases strength by removing any impurities during manufacture and then stretches it many times over the original material.
For the new Exbolt 68 this Forged Fiber shape has been changed from a circular pattern to an oval shape. This process limits the deformation of the fiber on impact which increases the overall smash power. When a highly durable material is used, the thickness of the string is reduced which improves repulsion without compromising on durability.
Elasticity Outer has been added for increased shuttle hold and enhanced flexibility, by the application of Nanoalloy technology to the nylon.
